Retainers:
The minimum monthly retainer is $200.
Payment of non-retainer projects 20 hours or less are due upon delivery of project.
Payment of non-retainer projects that are 20 hours or more are due at 20 hours of work and then in increments of 5 hours.
Payment of all retainer projects are due at the start of the project with any additional hours being due in increments of 10 hours.
